I love going into my neighborhood store the ladies are so helpful and you can tell that they enjoy there job and I love all my jewelry and the new jewelry

Alana is extremely knowledgeable, and is always so nice. She takes her time, is helpful and not pushy. We we delighted to see Alana at the Kenwood location! 😍 We originally met her at Crestview Hills. We continued to shop at Crestview because of her. My husband ended up buying me a surprise gift at $300, while we were there!! Kenwood greatly need Alana. We had stopped shopping at that location, due to the lack of friendly, helpful sales consultants. We have also stopped shopping at Tiffany for the same reason !!
