Both of the associates I dealt with were nothing but super nice. Willing to help.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted right away. The lady that helped me was able to get my two charms that I wanted and necklace chain, eighth away. We were hardly long in the store which was goal because we had reservations. Everyone seemed very friendly.

The overall experience was great , for the most part. Pandora be my main reason for coming to Kenwood Mall. The staff is always, very helpful.

The service was excellent and the Assistant Manager Tammy was so very patient and kind, offered good suggestions and was very welcoming.
