My fiancé brought me here to surprise me with a Pandora bracelet I’ve been asking for. The place is very nice as well as the staff. Great customer service I will definitely be back soon!

The sales lady was knowledgeable of what I was looking for. She explained the difference in the charms. My return went smoothly.

The courtesy of the staff, cleanliness as far as following covid protocols, all staff were wearing mask and wearing them properly, etc.

Dollies was so helpful and super pleasant, she tried so hard to find the earings I was looking for, sadly the idiom was or is being discontinued, I lost the last one I had of the hashana hand with the purple eye, she called several stores trying to track it down for me, really going above and beyond. and she was so cute and funny, really a breath of fresh air. whatever you pay her,I'm sure it's not enough, shes incredible, even though,I was disappointed in not be able in achieving my goal of the earings I had intended, but I found three other pairs of earrings and a hashana hand charm I was happy to leave with, it was my first time that I had even been in a pandora store, I was very pleased, Thank You Dollie for making it a wonderful experience, you're a delight!!!!!
