The girl who helped me was super nice, she helped me solve a problem that I had from my visit to Pandora before this one

I bought my sister/1st Lady a Christmas gift back in June, which was too small for her arm, so I called the store, was allowed to exchange it for a totally different bracelet because my initial one was sold out! A satisfied customer, she loves it!

The representative was very nice and knew exactly what I was looking for. I did not care for the line and long wait but I understand due to Covid restrictions.

Clean store. Staff ensured safety of customers by limiting people in store. Decent selection of product given the holidays.

Enlight of the pandemic the lines were long but I know that was a safety method. But once I was able to view what I wanted everything went smoothly.

Young lady was very helpful; not rushed at all and had good product knowledge. However, inventory was a bit low after Christmas.

Despite the hustle and bustle, the associates were still friendly and full of energy.

The sales associate Claire, was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and very pleasing to work with. The store was very well run. I cannot say how much Claire helped us decide on a ring and how patient she was throughout the whole process! I will definitely recommend this store and will definitely look forward to working with Claire or any other associate again!
