I’ve always had a good experience when shopping at Pandora. I have spent thousands of dollars with them I really just wish that they would repair jewelry and also start a insurance program. For all the money we spend with them we should be able to get our brackets and necklaces fixed like Tiffany.

The sale person that help me she was really good and took out her time to help. Rachel At kenwood mall she was very nice.

I love being part of the Pandora family. I always feel so welcomed into the store. This time we came looking for ear rings for my daughter. She found the perfect pair of little hoops with moon and stars.

Rachel was so nice. She was able to help us right away and she had what I wanted in stock. She was very helpful and I hope she's there when I get back there!

It was my first time EVER, shopping at Pandora... as soon as we walked in, we were welcomed and the sales associate, if I remember her name correctly, Rachel, was such an AMAZING help!! She had such an amazing personality as well as an awesome understanding of the product!! Will definitely be going back for my next purchase!!
