The store was clean. The staff was family. And i enjoyed the overall experience of being on Pandora.

The sales associate was friendly and was aware of the inventory in the store. Although he product I was looking for wasn’t available she did offer another charm but I didn’t purchase.

I was greeted and helped quickly. I asked to see several gifts and it was not a problem to take any item out of the case. We put different combinations together before settling on what I liked.

I have purchased the design I like. The people in the store are very patient with me. My friend and me are really happy with this visit.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store and she walked right up and asked what I was shopping for and for who and she helped me pick out the right gift for my moms birthday coming up! Literally everyone greeted me when I came in and thanked me when I left! Amazing service all the way around!!!
