The moment I walked in I was greeted by a associate and the store was extremely clean and inviting. I was assisted quickly by Megan who got out the bracelets I wanted to try on. Megan helped me put all 13 charms on the 7.5 Mickey snake chain bracelet then the 7.9 then the 8.1. I then wanted to try at 7.9, and she happily helped me place all the charms in the order I wanted for me to try on. I told her I was sorry for taking so long, and she repeated she was happy to help me. She assisted me and let me see her bracelet in her wrist. She gave great advice and let me know what was best for my wrist size. She told me how to clean my bracelet, how they clean it and where to keep the charms so it won’t stretch strangely. She asked if I’d like to get the pandora credit card, but I respectfully declined due to my credit score. This was the best experience I have had at any Pandora location, i would definitely recommend it and will be returning very soon.

It was quiet, so I was taken care of right away with undivided attention. I was able to get my right size, view all of the rings in my size and make a selection within 10 minutes. Which is exactly what I was hoping for. The employee was kind and complimentary. I'll definitely go back in the future to add another ring to my collection.
