I took a bracelet in to be cleaned. I felt the associate listened to what I was asking for and was very polite. The bracelet looked great when I picked it up.

I wasn’t satisfied with Jason (manager) performance he was very unprofessional while the sales associate was very polite. He snatched a ribbon out of the sales associate hand as if she was doing something wrong after the ribbon was tied. He did this in front of the entire store and I didn’t appreciate that.

I was highly satisfied because the lady who helped me was very patient. There were so many options to choose from and she helped me narrow down what I liked most. I am very pleased with the customer service as well as my charms purchase.
