I was only satisfied because Kajah demonstrated exceptional customer service! This was my first time returning since an encounter approx. 2 years ago with the general manager Kammy! Kammy was TERRIBLE! I refused to spend my money with Pandora. I really wanted a ring I saw on someone and I was happy with Kajah! She exemplified the customer service skills the so-called general manager should have had!
