The representative was absolutely a pleasure to work with. I visited this same location approximately 1 month ago and said that I would not return to my friends after my visit. I took my 12 year old niece to buy charms and she was treated so poorly as was I. We were overlooked and when we asked for help we were rudely told that the store rep was busy and no one asked to add us to the wait list, we figured it our on our own. This trip was a pleasure and made up for the awful last experience.

This was my first time visit and I was very pleased with the service that we received. I got the starter bracelet as this is my first one and we bought the Anniversary charm as it was on our Anniversary. We definitely felt welcome there as if we’re family. We will be back for sure without a doubt. As noted w I am waiting a Pandora.necklace as I didn’t even know that they should them. I am rather pleased with our purchase as it made our Anniversary that much more special. As I have been wanting one for a very long time and I finally got me one. Thank you for making my day.
