The sales associate was exceptional. I had two bracelets. She cleaned them and then helped me reorganize my charms on both. I ended up buying three more charms to balance my bracelets.

I like the store and service. Merchandise was limited from the holidays however I will return to purchase again.

The associate was super nice and generous with her time and knowledge. The charms were gorgeous. The associate made me feel welcome and educated me on how Pandora bracelets work, as I was purchasing my first one. She really made the sale for me.

Unable to tighten clasp on bracelet. Was told it was normal wear of bracelet. I had the bracelet approx 2 years and wearing it every day.

Our visit was a few days after Christmas. Most of the customers were extremely grouchy. The employees did not take that attitude out on the next customer. They were all very pleasant to deal with. My only recommendation would be to have more iPads available for the amount of employees. But the lady who helped us was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful!

Iyanah was the host that was there to greet us and let us know there was a wait time so that made it so much more bearable to wait to be assisted. I’m unsure of the associate that assisted me but she was WONDERFUL!! She was supposed to leave at 8 that night but she stayed and assisted me and my boyfriend and I truly appreciate her for going above and beyond. She was so sweet and nice. The overall experience was amazing and for them being so shortly staffed and overly crowded it was exceptional. Thank you for the beautiful product and the amazing service ladies!
