I didn’t have to wait for a sales assistant to offer services. Also the sales assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable. We shared a lot of laughs picking out my new pieces for my bracelet. We also were able to take advantage of a promotional discount.

I loved the store Johanna my sales lady was so pleasant. She help me pick the perfect bracelet and charm. She also showed me how to take care of my other 6 bracelets.I didn't NO that the store was even their but I will be back to by my spacers cause I am addicted pandora .now that I no they have necklace I need one of them. My sales associate was Melissa B, and she was a true pleasure to work with! This was my first visit in a Pandora store, and I have owned a bracelet for a little over 2 years. I was so impressed with her passion for the line, her excitement of new products, and my experience was WAY more than I expected. I was really excited about my new purchases after her help. The other associates in the store buzzed around helping others and Melissa with wrapping my purchases. These ladies are certainly a team and it really shows in their interaction with customers.
