I was highly satisfied due to the fact that I came in for an issue with my bracelet and that one of the charms kept falling off. They did not hassle me about it rather asked to see my receipt and promptly exchanged the item for a new bracelet. Due to this, I bought another charm.

The sales associate was very helpful. We were able to find what we needed quickly.

I visited the store two weeks ago just to check out some Rosegold options for my daughter for future gifts. My mother had been in a week prior and purchased a bracelet for my daughter as a "pre-wedding" gift. The sales person remembered speaking with my mother and was so happy to meet me. this past week I decided to get a charm for my mother for Mother's Day and stopped in. All of the sales people remembered both me and my mother from two weeks prior and wanted to see wedding photos. The fact that they remembered me and seemed genuinely interested made me feel really special. Long story short, I ended up purchasing not only the charm for my mom, but also a bracelet for myself. I will definitely be back soon!

Monica and the other sales associate were very knowledgeable and helpful. My purchase was gift wrapped automatically, when I said it was a gift for my daughter. They were both very pleasant even though it was near closing time. I never felt rushed.
