Anna was my sales woman. I was in somewhat of a rush and she made the process very smooth. I had in house engraving that she got started right away and got me another sales woman so I could continue the process of my sale while she was engraving the piece.

I love how Taylor designed my bracelet charms.

I was the second customer in the store the day after Christmas. I was able to get wanted and the sales associate even showed me thing that she knew I would like. I love the new engraving machine because i get to personalize charms for my special friends. I love Pandora.

The clerk was professional and friendly and actually found the bracelet I originally wanted when there were no more in stock.

Sales associate was extremely helpfull

When I first got there I saw a line outside the store so I was about leave but the lady at the door said it was moving fast so I stayed and it did move fast. When it was my turn the sales person also was very nice and helpful. They made everything go fast and smoothly. Overall a great experience.
