I was having a difficult time trying to figure out what charms to buy my daughter and the sale associates gave me some ideas and the Bracelet came along beautiful just in time for Christmas.

Ana and Priscilla were very accommodating and patience in dealing with me. What I choose and Ana suggested some ideas that I can purchase since the size of bracelet is not available that time. My experience at the Pandora store at the Palisades Mall was exceptional. Our Sales Associate Sapphire H was extremely friendly, answered all of our questions. Sapphire also took her time in helping us make our selections. In addition, she gift packaged our purchase beautifully. We will return and we hope we can visit with Sapphire.

I were satisfied with my pandora experience because the girl that helped explain everything to me very well . Katey the girl who helped speak Spanish and take her time to show me different products. The price is also very good

Although it is still COVID heavy I found the sale associate extremely tentative to all customer needs and when it was your turn you got the upmost service!
