I went to the palisades mall with the intent of buying a charm from Pandora..From the moment I entered the store I was greeted and taken care of promptly..I had a little deciding to do so Sapphire offered to hold the charms for me over the weekend..when I went back to was attended to promptly and again the staff was so friendly..

I was highly satisfied because I was able to get what I wanted and was able to two free bracelets which was the greatest deal ever. Pandora is one of my favorite stores now.

Last night I met two of the nicest employees of Pandora at the Palisades Mall in West Nyack, NY. I had an issue with a bracelet and continually was told there was nothing that could be done at different Pandora locations. Anna and Y'anna(ph) couldn't have been kinder and FINALLY were able to solve the problem and exchanged it for a new bracelet that now my daughter can wear and enjoy. thank you again for having such devoted staff - enjoy your holidays
