The staff was very helpful. All the merchandise I wanted was available. It is always a pleasure to go to the Pandora store.

To be honest, I did not plan to purchase anymore items from pandora because of my previous experience and the lost of my lotus charm due to sales person not caring about my concerns. However yesterday the young ladies took time and was extremely patient with my purchase and with helping me decide on a birthday gift for my sister. I’m very pleased with this purchase, Priscilla is awesome & kind.

The staff was great. She explained all the options with my purchase. She completed the sale timely.

Danessa was super helpful. She knew where every charm was and made recommendations without being pushy or making it weird if I declined an option. She ended up finding me a third charm when I only needed two, but it fit the teacher theme perfectly. I work in retail- they’re lucky to have her. Store was clean as well, quality of jewelry great.

Was shopping for a specific charm and the sales associate was knowledgeable and caring to make sure she had it in stock.

Sales women were knowledgeable. Items were cleaned prior to being placed in bag. Various selections of items so you can pick and choose what you want.

Friendly staff. Priscilla T was the person who helped me. Very nice, knowledgeable and patient. Felt comfortable asking her questions about the products. The store is very clean and organized. Highly recommended to family and friends.
