I love everything in this store. The store was very clean. The sales person was very nice and friendly.

The sales manager Priscilla was very accommodating even though she was busy orienting a new employee. She took her time to get what I need. The store look and feel super clean and everyone were mask.

I was happy to have visited my favorite store in palisades mall, very convenient for me, I want to see the item before i purchased them ANA the manager gave me a brochure on Wednesday of the week I visited and I compared to website; upon arrival I was able to purchased and choose what I need. in addition, I met the other Manager Priscilla, who said about the huge discount on gold charms and she still recognized me even wearing a mask, that's great!!! some sales rep forgets. Sapphire sales rep pulled out what I am looking for and very patience and approachable, giving me a chance to choose well what I needed to purchase that time though I made a list too of what to buy for holiday gifts. I am very happy for the items I bought. I am very happy also that Pandora store in Palisade Mall is open; it's indoor and lots of space. The sales rep and manager were down to earth and friendly; the store looks neat, clean and safe. Everyone were wearing mask to protect all of us. Good job!!! Will visit you soon again.
