The saleswoman, Chandra, was so lovely and helpful. She helped me pick two great pieces for my daughter after chatting with me about my daughter’s likes and style. I felt she genuinely wanted the gifts to be exactly what I was looking for.

I brought back a pair of earrings that weren’t closing correctly. The manager helped me resolve that issue and I really appreciated her support. I also bought another pair of earrings while I was there because of the great sale.

Chanda approached me quickly upon my entry into the store. I asked her if she could clean a ring I purchased awhile ago and she was more than happy to do it for me while I looked around. She assisted me in looking at 2 bracelets after taking my wrist size. She helped me obtain the Veterans discount on my cell phone and throughout my experience was very pleasant and professional and knowledgeable.

I came to add a charm to my bracelet. Sapphire went out of her way to find exactly what I was looking for. The charm needed to be put on my bracelet - unfortunately it was to go on the very end, which meant that every charm had to be removed and it is a very full bracelet. She carefully removed each charm, kept it in it's exact place in line, and then polished each one before placing it back on the bracelet. When she finished and placed the bracelet back on my wrist I was more than pleased - it was clean, shiny and perfect.
