I initially went in there with my mother because she was buying a gift for her best friend. While she was shopping I started browsing and found rings that really appealed to me. I asked Chanda if she could assist me and she did without hesitation. I’ve always had a problem finding rings in my size (I never really felt comfortable ring shopping because I have larger hands) and we found the perfect one together. I was really excited that I was able to fit it and excited at how pretty the ring was. I ended up buying the rose gold crown ring and it fit my personality perfectly! I’m so grateful that Chanda was there and made me feel comfortable and found a ring for me!

I love shopping in this store. I love the jewelry. The associates are wonderful.

I think the staff at Pandora located at West Nyack, New York are amazing! Even through this pandemic using curb side delivery I was still able to feel as if I was in the store. Priscilla was amazing she has such great patience with me.
