Erica sales person and the supervisor Patricia were very informative and patience in giving me the items that I wanted; the best part while I am looking I asked Erica to have my old bracelet cleaned. My experience at Pandora is always great. The people there are so nice and friendly. The stores alway clean (I love that) and every item I want is always in stock. Overall, amazing!

Priscilla T., my sales associate was extremely attentive, knowledgeable of the merchandise, friendly, very accommodating and most of all she never rushed me and gave me all the time I needed to learn about the merchandise and ask my questions. I left the store extremely satisfied with the service and my purchases.

I was happy and surprised to see that there was no line to get in. It was still fairly early in the day but Pandora always has a line. Today was not the case. I was greeted as soon as I entered and an associate asked if I needed help. I didn’t need help right away as I wanted a ring so I went to check the display first. Upon checking the display I noticed a ring I had seen online wasn’t there. I described it to the associate and she found one right away in my size. I was able to try it on and compare it to another ring was interested in. Ultimately I bought the ring the associate helped me get. She was a great help assisting me while not being pushy to buy anything in particular. Overall it was a great shopping experience and I’m happy with my purchase.
