My stitch bangle had “broken” that morning….mind you my vision is bad so I needed a second pair of eyes and I’m also going through a neurological issue where my hands shake consistently so was a 100% sure if anything would happen. I had assistance right away with my problem and acknowledged everything going on. I was helped to the point where my bangle was replaced and an adding to my charms. What made it more special was that I was able to have the bangle with the bee charms attached open back to my wrist. If I would of done this by myself I would I spent at least 48 hours trying attached it on. They made me feel less anxious with Covid going on especially the extra set of eyes and hands. I know I had the warranty but I didn’t mind paying extra….what mattered to me was the compassion that was giving to me when I really needed the help to placing it on
