Melat T. was friendly and she was guiding me with my purchase. She helped me pick out a bracelet and charms and gave me advice on different options which made my experience pleasant and with so much ease. She took her time with my friend as well and even took out all her charms from her bracelet and gave her options to enhance her look. We both were so happy that I would not mind traveling again just so she can help us out! She deserves a bonus and a pay increase! Thank you for your service during busy times!!
