I was given choices of local charms. When I didn't select a charm, the associate showed me engravable charms that I didn't know were an option. I selected a charm, she worked with me to set up, added to my bracelet and out the door!

The employees are super hardworking

The person that took my order for engraving was so nice and dedicate. Even though there was something wrong with the machine, she patiently tried to get my order done. I appreciate the time she took to make my engraving look perfect! She was very professional, kept smiling and made nice conversation while I waited.

I recently lost my ring and bracelet. Its been several long months without it. Regardless, I came in and was treated well and I felt very good about my purchase
