Sonia, my sales associate was extremely knowledgable about the charms that I had come inside to look for. She was really patient with me, as I pulled out some charms, but didn't get all of the ones that I pulled out. She also was helpful and patiently answered all of my questions about the products. Furthermore, I really loved that she had told me about the Boston charm, which was something that I really loved because my boyfriend and I took a trip to Boston for the day and it was a good way to remember the trip.
