The quality of the merchandise and the helpfulness of the sales associate who is also the manager. I love this Pandora store. Everyone who works here is very friendly and helpful.

The sales clerk was knowledgeable about the products that I wanted, but some of the charms were out of stock. She showed us more new charms to choose from the selection and we purchased 3 charms and a ring.
