Pandora Jewelry

This is the first time I visited Pandora. I was afraid that I would be too struggled to choose among all the Charms for a bracelet, as the Charms are designed gracefully it was really hard to decide which one to purchase. However, the salesperson Leidineice was very patient to introduce the bracelets that I was interested in and explained the differences between them. She also helped me with finding the perfect Charms. I spent a lot of time reading the catalog, looking at the Charms and finally deciding which one to purchase. She was very patient and professional, to find the Charms all over the place and to comment on the Charms (which series, other general thoughts, popularity etc.) I ended up buying the bracelets and the charms that I really LOVE and even put them by my pillow that night, just LOVE THEM!!

The associates were able to locate the charms I wanted to see. They were very friendly and helpful. I was also interested in seeing some of the items that were on sale, and the store had the list printed out to help me figure out what was on sale.

The service in the store was great. The associates managed all of their customers well even though it was busy, they were patient and kind. I went in there with my sister so that she can get another charm for her bracelet, and ended up buying my first bracelet with three charms! The associate I worked with was very convincing without being pushy, and promoted the sale that was going on very well. She also made sure to explain the different pieces to the bracelet and the importance of them without forcing me or pushing me to buy it all at once. Overall, really great experience and I am excited to add to my bracelet!

I’m very pleased with the experience that I had at the Pandora store inside of the Prudential Mall the sales associate was amazing and very helpful and Tre selection of charms were beautiful. Also the store was very clean and organized.

I went to the Pandora store specifically to take advantage of their current promotion and to repurchase a bracelet I lost about a year ago. I was pleased with the prompt service and that the bracelet was still available.

Eleni is the most AWESOME!!!!!!!! person EVER!!!!!! I love her she made my shopping experience so Awesome and she knows her stuff I LOVE MY BRACELET!!!!!! and I will be back to shop with her again
