I was having a difficulty with my Pandora bracelet. It wouldn’t close. The assistant was lovely enough to fix the issue. I also bought another charm. She was very knowledgeable and made my experience worthwhile. The sales person’s name was Najam. I’ve been to other Pandora stores for the same issue and they wouldn’t assist me. She’s a great associate.

This was my first time shopping for Pandora merchandise. My daughter wanted a Pandora ring, but I ended up getting the bracelet, earrings, and a "Free" gift for my self! (a surprise) I will definitely be coming back to add to my daughter's first bracelet.
