The sales associate was nice. I like my charm. The associate helped us find what we loved then she shined and rearranged the charms on my bracelet so now I really love it.

The charm I had been looking for for some time was there and on sale. I also have been considering the Dalia clip for some time. They had 2 left which are now mine also on sale.

First time at Pandora and didn know what to expect. The service was great.

The girl who provided assistance was great

We were from out of State and not familiar with the store. The store personnel were very friendly and helpful. We were able to buy what we wanted and they even beautifully wrapped it for us.

I was highly satisfied with the maturity of the people and how nice it was of them to help me see the options they had.

I wasn’t highly Sas tidied because thee Klarna payment method wasn’t working for me. This had nothing to do with the sales associate and they tried everything they could to fix this issue. The source of the problem was in app and something they couldn’t fix but the sales associate still made me feel better about a second purchase I made to help me feel better which, was very nice.

There wasn't a lot of variety of charms at this particular store. The store itself was very small and felt crowded.

The packaging could be a little better cause the sale person was not gonna even give me a box since I have the bracelet in my hand. Eventually she did but the box does not seem like a high quality one
