It was new year's eve and the store (Copley Place Ma) was busy. We were the 4th customers in line to be helped. And there were 2 sales associates and 1 in the back. The associates did not rush any customers but we needed to wait at least 15 to 20 min to get help on selecting our items. I have seen similar crowds in disney springs. While a 5 to 10 min cordial wait is ok; I think longer waits make potential customers leave the store and loses sales. We stayed because my daughter and niece really wanted to try on certain rings on new year's eve.

When I have purchased items in the past when checking out the sales associate ask for my email address to have the purchase on file and my receipt email to me which is a lot easier. But they were so busy, I'm assuming that's why oh, they do not ask for the email address.

I wasn't highly satisfied because I went there to get the last deal. Buy 2 charms get one free. One of the charms I wanted and been waiting for wasn't part of the deal but wasn't written saying it was excluded. Therefore I was a bit disappointed.

I was fine with my visit. The sales Associate # 172996 at Store # 0110, was very pleasant, and has very good customer service skills. I do not give highly satisfied on everything because I was satisfied but not overly. When I first came in, I was sort of overlooked. You know, you can't judge a book by the cover, no one knows what's in your wallet, ok. I might not look like you, but you don't know who I am nor what my status is. This Associate came to me, apologized for my wait, asked how he could help me and was very cordial from that point on. I will definitely look for him when I return in the next few months.which will be in November or December. My Birthday is in December.

Because there are other brands they have better service and product quality higher than Pandora. I am really happy with Pandora but it does not mean that Pandora is too perfect to please every customer.Besides, some products still have many disadvantages to overcome and can completely satisfy customers

I had to wait quite a while before a sales associate acknowledged me. When she finally offered assistance, she directed me to the Christmas charms, then left me alone for over10 minutes. I was disappointed that the charm I had specifically gone in for had sold out.

I was looking for Boston specific items .. in all other stores city specific items have been on display. These had to be found in drawers. It was a little difficult to get service. It was a smaller store than normal
