Due to the time of shopping.. aka black Friday..The store was very crowded and small as well. My sales associate was very pleasant and made my shopping experience worth while. I purchased my first pandora bracelet and was content with my items.

The store was very cramped. The sales associates were not knowledgeable about the lines and product names.

I love everything about pandora. It was my first time going to pandora at this location at the prudential center in Boston MA, the experience was ok but not that good. Customer service was not up to par. I understand that it was the Christmas season and it's very busy. I didn't know the names of the charms and I asked the lady that was helping me to identify them for me, she didn't, she quickly gave me the receipts and left, I asked the manager, she rushed me away from the register to attend to another customer. The only person that help me that day was another lady, I forgot her name. She was wearing a Grey sweater though. She was a sweetheart, helped me identify each charm so I can gift them to my family. I wish I had a good experience at this location but I didn't.

The person gave me no instruction with the purchase. She didn't give me the dust bag nor the box. I had to ask, and she didn't even bother to put it in the dust bag.

Sales person Sonia M, No. 167973 was rude and made our experience unsatisfactory. She tried to seem personable but it came off as fake especially with the rudeness in which she treated her coworkers or fellow employees. She seemed to pick favorites amongst our group who entered this store location and mainly showed kindness and talked to the one who was buying the most and was snappy towards the rest of us. One of my friends was looking at a product and when she said she wasn’t interested in buying it, Sonia seemed to guilt her slightly which made my friend feel bad for simply not having enough money for the product she was being shown. When talking to the other employees in the store, she seemed to order them around in a rushed and rude tone and I could tell they were not pleased with the way she was treating them. Even if she is their manager, the way she was speaking to them was unkind. We felt rushed and it was obvious she was trying to upsell us and she was showing us a lot of merchandise at once to get us to buy more which was stressful. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory for those reasons.

After waiting in line for more than 45 minutes, the associate was rushing us to complete the purchase because there was a line outside. We were there to make an exchange and also purchase a few charms but we end up not purchasing anything else because the associate just was rushing us and was very rule
