I came in for a cleaning of my Pandora necklace and bracelet yet there was no solution available. Secondly I wanted to buy other charms and after my first selection the sales associate tried to rush me to make final payment without allowing me to look for other charms. Once told I wasn’t done she seemed to be a little salty/ attitude was different which I didn’t understand why if I never said I was done and I was looking around

Sales staff not well-trained, lacked knowledge. Manager more interested us stating what she and staff don’t, can’t do than how to help resolve question/issue. Attempted to purchase ID bracelet for boy’s gift. Wasn’t certain of best size, wanted it engraved. Asked if store or I could order larger size if needed and return for engraving. Told store couldn’t accommodate, customer must order online. Gift receiver couldn’t return for larger size without my credit card. Ridiculous policy and unhelpful staff!

I visited Boston and stopped at Pandora store to buy a charm.. there were only 3 available to choose from. (Boston theme) I selected the shamrock background for the charm.. the lady made the charm in a machine at the store, she packed the charm in the box.. when I got home to chicago, the charm was made with the word wicked in the back insteas of the shamrock

Sales associate whom I believe was the manager was very rude and unhelpful. I will never go back to that store again.

First the associate was not friendly and was trying on my rigs as I was selecting them. She keep putting them on her fingers and touching them. Due to Covid 19 I requested since she TRIED MY 2 RINGS ON I asked her to clean and sanitize them before boxing due to Covid concerns. She turned around and less than 45 seconds later produced my WRAPPED bag. When I asked if she cleaned and sanitized the rings she said"yes". I did not see her clean them and felt this was a very simple request. Being blatantly lied to was a shocker!!! I just spent 150.00 and to be disregarded in this way made me totally unappreciated as a customer. There are several precautions in place at Pandora to limit the spread of Covid-19 I feel that cleaning my purchase should have been a given!!!!

I waited almost 45 minutes for assistance during which I got to observe a salesperson other than the woman who actually helped me (no name tag but a blond lady) speak down to the people of color she was assisting. At one point she came over and said thank you for waiting and then suggested I come back another day-when I demurred she said she couldn’t be unprofessional to the people she was helping-well, asking people if they could afford what they were purchasing and then upselling another client with the comment “it will make you feel better” was both both unsettling and unprofessional.
