As the sales associate was showing me different rings, what really made me feel good was that her previous customer had left one of his charms that he purchased in the showcase, and she desperately wanted to try and find him. She ran out the store, tried his cellphone, then made a note to herself and continued on with me. She was very professional, but most of all unselfish, and she tried with everything she could to get that customer his item he purchased. And I commend and respect that from a store employee going above and beyond her way. You don't see those characteristics in associates anymore. Be grateful and understand that your company is lucky to have a sales professional like her. She will eventually move on and succeed at whatever she does in life and that's because of her passion to make sure the person she helped is 💯 % satisfied.

I left my mom's charms in the store and was happy someone found them and put it aside for me

I was really appreciative that Raquel was able and willing to help me even though that store was open for only a 20 minute. Raquel had great product knowledge besides just the flashy sparkles, but knowledge of ascertaining my needs. I was there shopping for me and my boyfriend, surprise promise rings, so I had a idea and some ring already selected from the website. In store Raquel gave me her and we brain stormed and had fun. She got to show me a lot more about options I could do for gifting and also combination of rings stacking. Being in store to try the rings on is a great thing to do and for the fact that the store was closing in less that 30min when I walked in, I'm very surprised and impressed with Raquel customer service and interactions, she gave me the full experience. While still making things go by pretty quickly. Gotta pop a couple jokes here and there for rappor.

The girls working we’re dealing with quite the customer when I walked in, as I work in the mall next door, I waited until the girl could take care of me. I had broken the chain off my favorite diamond necklace from another store. The girl totally understood I was just buying a replacement chain, she showed me a few options and let me try them with my pendant, found a great one. She also help me gets some earrings to match the necklace. Great prices good quality love them!
