Not only was the customer service exceptional, but the girl that helped me knew exactly what I was looking for! She helped pick out the clips to complete my bracelet, and I was in and out of the store in probably less than 15 minutes. Love Pandora and this is a great location in Boston!!

I was so happy to meet this associate. She informed me about the clasps that you need to balance your charms. I forget the particular name she called it, but I had never been told that when I first bought a Pandora bracelet. So I was really appreciative to learn that - so I bought two anchoring charms and another charm. These ladies in Boston were really, really friendly.
