She was sweet, helpful and attentive. I had a great experience with her. I admire her positive and energetic attitude. She even went above and beyond to ensure I didn't leave dissatisfied. I was a bit sad that the engraving machine was having issues, that's the only problem I encountered. To replaced the ones I couldn't get, Tia suggested some very beautiful charms that I really love. So thank you Tia. This is the kind of environment I would like to work in. Overall I had a wonderful experience at Pandora. 10/10 for the wonderful associates.
