Jeannie the sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable about the items. She was very accommodating and was very patient with me. Excellent customer service all throughout. Customers started piling in to the store a few minutes after I arrived but she did not rush me at all.

I placed an on line order. I gave 2 business hours ,didn't get an E-Mail to pick my order up. Went to the store the next day, they never received my order. Partridge Creek "Antoinette" you are wonderful. She gathered every thing I ordered, and apologized for the computer mess up. Love Love Love Pandora, and this store.
