I bought my daughter a Pandora bracelet for her 10th birthday. We walked in & the store was empty. The Store Manager greeted us. She asked what we were looking for & knew her product well. We needed a small bracelet & she knew exactly what to suggest. The. She suggested safety chains; great idea especially since this is for a 10 year old. She suggested several themes of charms. At the end we bought a bracelet, a safety chain & 3 charms. Thank you to the store manager who made this a special occasion for my daughter!!!
