Mary was very helpful and friendly! She helped me pick out pieces for both a gift and myself. I can't speak of the quality of the jewelry truly yet because I just purchased it, but it seems nice so far. Maybe a follow up survey a few months later would be a good idea? I also like seeing the jewelry in person vs online, as it often appears a lot different in person!

I was given a pandora bracelet(for my birthday) that was purchased as Jarod. Went to exchange(at Jarod) as it was too big then was given one that was too small. totally frustrated and stressed we went to the Pandora store where Alexia helped us and was so amazing. She fit me for the proper size and helped me so much. I was at the point I did not even the bracelet anymore. But thanks to Alexia I LOVE my bracelet and can not stop looking at her. She was very helpful and understanding. I will definitely go back and get more charms from Alexia. She is a great asset to your team
