Julie K was very patient, friendly and knowledgeable, She advised me in a very economical and respectful manner, I really appreciate Julie navigating me through this experience. She is certainly an asset especially for the customers that have little or no knowledge of the Pandora experiences.

The sales associate was very polite and knowledgeable. I didn’t have to wait to be helped. Everything went very smooth.

The minute we walked into the store we were greeted by the employees, even though they were helping others, they said welcome to Pandora. My daughter and I were so happy with Alexia K, I actually was just looking but ended up spending $172.00! We were there for awhile my daughter who lives in Florida is a Disney collector, which she seen something that they didn't have there, Disney Floating it was called. Alexia cleaned both of our bracelets and also gave my daughter a Disney purse which they don't do at the outlet store in Florida. I was happy that they had something for my daughter and a little something for me~~

The merchandise I was looking for was immediately available. My salesperson Alexia was very pleasant helpful and knowledgeable

As soon as I entered, someone recognized and greeted me. I was waited upon just as soon as I was given the opportunity to browse around. Although I wanted a plain silver butterfly necklace, it was no longer available but I was presented with a pink crystal one which I accepted.

Cynthia was very friendly. Thought I would have to pay to fix my necklace but Cynthia just exchanged it for me which was awesome. Was looking for another ring which they didnt have my size but Cynthia was very helpful saying she can order it and have it delivered to my house.
