I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because i always find what i'm looking for and everyone in the store is very helpful in helping me with my purchase. Even when the store is really busy the wait time isn't usually too long, which is a good thing. The sales associate Alexia K helped me with my purchase and she is really helpful and knowledgeable about the products in the store. She has helped me on two other occasions and i find her to be very nice and friendly as well. My experience at the store always has me coming back to make purchases.

Lisa R was so accommodating and very patient! We came in to return/exchange and possibly purchase an item. Lisa was attentive, knowledgeable and professional she explained the promotion and suggested I cleaned my bracelet even though it was near closing time for the store. We ended up purchasing 6 items. We will be returning and asking for Lisa in the near future!
