It was my birthday and my sisters surprised me with a new charm for my bracelet. When I met Julie she made great wishes me a happy birthday gave me a couple of options on charms and educated me on my bracelet. I have had my bracelet for some years now and I learned more in the tiny time I was in the store than I have in the 5 years I’ve had the bracelet. I will definitely be back to purchase more charms and the ring that I was eyeing while I was there. I would just like to thank Julie for being patient with me as I asked millions of questions. I will definitely be back.

The store is always nice, a lot of times it is crowded and not enough sales person. I have not ever come across a mean sales person. Two thumbs up.
