My partner and I went in to purchase charms for his mother's bracelet. The salesperson, Jean H, was very sweet, knowledgable, and charming (pun intended). We had gone in with charms in mind from browsing extensively online, but after seeing everything in person, we decided to look a bit more. With her help, we collectively decided on beautiful earrings I had not seen before, with a matching charm, to boot.

I wanted more option for gold. Also prices for gold are overrated

I need a clip for my bracelet. The associate that helped me found one that matched my bracelet and added a silicone ring so that it would stay put.

For one the store is located close to my home, it is very clean and organized. The staff is vary attentive, professional, and well-spoken, when you walk in the store you are greeted by ever one that is not happing a potential customer.

I was looking for a necklace that I saw online and when I went to the Pandora store at Partridge Creek, Clinton Township, MI, we had a hard time finding it. The salesperson, Makenna, was so helpful and determined to find it for me. Just as I was going to leave and see if I could find in online again, she looked in one more place, and found it! She was very very helpful and kind.
