Not enough sales associates for the customers in the store. After 40 minutes of waiting, an associate was able to take care of me and she was very attentive & knowledgeable.

Sales person was Very knowledgeable and was a great help to me. I even had my bracelet cleaned and I had other beads added to my two bracelets she then help me pick out some other things to buy

I received the free bracelet over Christmas and because of how the clasp is made, it caught on something, opened and my charm was lost. I went to purchase a new charm and Julie K. recommended I call Pandora and explain the issue. Based on that conversation it was determined the bracelet was maybe defective and to send it in for a replacement. A decision was also made to replace my lost charm free of charge. Although I was prepared to replace charm on my own I'm appreciative to Julie K for going above what I expected.

The associates were very helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the merchandise on display.

The overall experience was great. Just didn't have the charms I came for in stock.

She offered me multiple alternative charms when the charm I wanted to gift my mother-in-law was not available and I loved all her recommendations. My mother-in-law was absolutely in love with the final purchase as well. I would highly recommend Alexia and this location to all of my friends that are looking to shop at Pandora.
