The sales staff was prompt and very friendly. Went before work and they had me in and out fast!

The sales associate Jean H was very helpful in assisting us and helping us find the ring size we were looking for. She was very friendly and professional. She had a great attitude even though the store was very busy and everyone had a pretty long wait.

Had a problem with an online order, which I may say that I was highly dissatisfied with that order and ended up having to go to the store to resolve the issue and they were very helpful in there effort to help me. But your online service is ridiculous

I was highly satisfied with my visit to this Pandora location because the staff was friendly, helpful, and knew exactly what I was looking for was in stock and just where it was stored. The store was crowded but it's the holiday season it's to be expected. Otherwise the store was clean, the displays were lovely, and the crowd well managed by the staff.

Shopping at this location truly was an experience. A very nice one at that. Lexie was my sales assoc and Mike was my friends sales associate. So nice to pick out a charm and not hear “that’s out of stock”. I found exactly what I desired plus a ring and a bead for myself. As we walked out the door (after, in my opinion, spending more than I intended), we said wasn’t that fun? How often can u say that!
