When we walked in there was someone available to help right away. The sales people were all very knowledgeable about the merchandise and where to find it. We were able to find everything that we were looking for.

I was looking for a gift. The sales person was very helpful making suggestions. She brought out several tray for me to look through until I found the perfect choice.

The quality of the merchandise is very nice and durable. However, I think some of the prices on the 18 plated gold pieces are a little pricey and could come down. The staff in all the stores I have been are always friendly and willing to help. Love Pandora
