The charms I needed were in stock. I was waited on quickly and efficiently. The sale that was going on in the store was a benefit. I was able to use a $10 survey coupon on this visit.

I am very satisfied with the Pandora store the associates are very friendly and are very helpful in putting my bracelets together they do an excellent job, I love Pandora!

The hand held computer froze up 2 times, which would not complete the sales. The sale rep. figured out a way to complete the sales. She apologized many times for the problem
