Very friendly sales girl. Helpful with finding what I was looking for. Informed me of this survey.

Our sales person was Sheila and she was very informative about the charms and the care for them. Any type of charm we we were looking for Sheila brought them out of the case and showed us the newest ones and the most popular ones.

The staff at this store are friendly and available. Have never had to wait for service here. Beautiful displays.

OMG... Mackenzie who helped me was so friendly and knew her stuff.. She spent a lot of time with me, showing me many many many items because I just did not know what I wanted. We laughed and talked during the whole sales process. She made me feel right at home. In a very polite manner, Mackenzie used several sales tactics that I did not know she was doing until later when I thought about it. I will be returning to the store again. I hope that Mackenzie will be there. Oh, did I say that I am a guy and had no clue what to buy. I think she helped me pick out the perfect gift. Thank you Mackenzie.
