The store was crowded with customers but everyone was greeted upon entry & a sales rep was quick to assist. The store was clean & net. The decor & showcase was great.

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by an employee which made my transaction easy and quick. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and made sure I purchased the items I was looking for. Plus, when I asked her advice on certain things she instilled confidence in my purchase and guaranteed that I could return within 30 days if I made an incorrect purchase.

The salesperson Sheila was very personal and knowledgeable. She spent lots of time with me and helped in my decisions.

The associate was knowledgeable and friendly.

Mackenzie and Cynthia were very helpful with me picking out my jewelry. They were patient, knew the jewelry very well. And even encouraged me to touch and see the jewelry so I could make sure I walked out with what I wanted
