I found exactly what I was shopping for. My sales person was very helpful with my selection and showed me other options. I was very happy with my purchase and the service I received at this location.

I was looking for a specific charm that had been discontinued. The sales staff did everything they could to locate it for me. Even though we were unable to locate one nearby, they helped me choose another appropriate charm.

The sales associate Jeannie was so friendly. She expressed a great knowledge of various charms and she was extremely patient with me as I was with her. I would highly recommend this Pandora location.

Even though the store was busy, the wait was short. Everyone we encountered was courteous and friendly, and made shopping very enjoyable.

I had assistance right away. She was very patient with my indecision. She tried to find price range I was looking for. She put the charms on a store bracelet so i could see how they would look on a bracelet so I could make a decision.

When we walked in the door there was someone who was available to help us, without a wait. I was with my sister and we were looking for graduation gifts for my daughter for graduation from college, a life milestone. We were shown a number of charms and some stoppers and were able to pick out several that we really liked for our purchases.

There was immediate assistance. The employee that helped me immediately knew what I was looking for. She also helped me understand the Return policy.

The sales associate was very kind and very knowledgeable she was so friendly it was a joy to shop there
