I was highly satisfied with my purchase being that it is a birthday gift for my daughter andfinding the right charm was important. Diane was very helpful in showing me the charms available in the lines I was interested in, namely Disney and anniversary. She also suggested the chain guard because I sometimes have a difficult time getting my bracelet on myself and her suggestion made sense to me.

I WAS HIGHLY SATISFIED WITH MY VISIT TO THE PANDORA STORE AT PATRIDGE CREEK MALL IN MICHIGAN. THE STORE WAS LOCAL, EASY TO FIND, CLEAN AND THE SALES REPS WERE VERY HELPFUL, PLEASANT, AND THOUGHTFUL.
